Welcome to Aoko Global. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of aokoglobal.com and all its associated subdomains, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website”.

This website is operated by AOKO GLOBAL LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

AOKO GLOBAL LIMITED operates as the authorized international division and exporter for Changsha ATA Automation Co., Ltd. (the "Manufacturer"). By requesting quotations or engaging in business with us, you acknowledge that you are dealing directly with the manufacturer's designated international arm.

  1. Products and Specifications
  • Customization: As our automation solutions are often customized to specific project requirements, the images and parameters on this website are for reference only.
  • Final Specifications: The binding technical specifications, dimensions, and configurations for your machinery will be explicitly defined in the Technical Agreement or Proforma Invoice (PI) associated with your specific order.
  1. Quotations and Pricing
  • Validity: Prices are not listed on the website due to the customizable nature of our products. Official pricing is provided via a formal Quotation or Proforma Invoice.
  • Currency: Unless otherwise agreed, all pricing is typically quoted in USD or EUR.
  1. Payment Terms

We operate on a B2B basis where payment terms are negotiated based on the order volume and client history.

  • Standard Practice: Payment terms (such as T/T wire transfer or Letter of Credit) will be mutually agreed upon and clearly stated in the Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice (PI).
  • Ownership: The Company retains legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been received, unless otherwise specified in the specific contract terms.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Incoterms: Shipping terms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) are negotiated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Incoterms 2020.
  • Lead Time: Production and delivery schedules will be estimated in the quotation. While we make every effort to meet these dates, precise delivery timelines are subject to the terms agreed upon in the final contract.
  1. Warranty Policy
  • Warranty Period: Unless a different period is specified in the sales contract, our standard warranty covers 12 months from the date of shipment.
  • Scope: The warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials. It does not cover consumable parts or damage caused by improper operation by the user.
  • Claims: Detailed warranty claim procedures will be provided in the equipment manual delivered with the machine.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AOKO GLOBAL LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the commercial transaction, except as explicitly provided in the Sales Contract.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from the execution of the Sales Contract that cannot be settled through negotiation shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
