    Provides controlled voltage ramp-up using SCR technology to reduce inrush current, torque shock, and mechanical stress. Suitable for fixed-speed motors that need smooth, reliable starting in a wide range of load conditions.

    Medium Voltage Soft Starter

    Uses medium-voltage SCR control to limit starting current and protect the grid during large motor starts. Reduces electrical impact and mechanical stress on heavy equipment while ensuring stable, reliable acceleration.

    • Available current levels: 26A-3150A
    • Available voltage levels: 3 kV to 15kV
    • Typical power range: 400 kW to 50 MW

    Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Soft Starter

    Uses frequency ramp up and a proprietary seamless transfer algorithm to shift from variable frequency start to bypass contactor operation without disturbance. Ideal for weak grids, demanding starts, and large motors that need gentle, well-controlled acceleration.

    Low Voltage Variable Frequency Drive

    Our company has used ATA’s QB series soft starters since 2011 across multiple systems, including ball mills, pumping stations, and water treatment facilities.

    In 2020, we added additional QB-H06 units for our mining water extraction systems, as well as QB6 low voltage soft starters and E5 series frequency converters. The QB series consistently provides gentle motor starting with minimal current, reducing impact on the power grid, lowering vibration and mechanical stress, and extending the life of motors and connected equipment. It also helps reduce voltage dips and transformer loading, lowering investment costs for supporting electrical infrastructure.
